Samantha draper

Owner, Golf Performance Specialist/Personal Trainer

Samantha has been passionate about sports and exercise from a young age and it has sparked her enthusiasm to pursue her career in personal training and more specifically in golf performance.  She prides herself in helping others reach their goals and live a healthy, balanced lifestyle. Throughout her 11 years as a personal trainer, she has worked in a variety of settings with a diverse population. Some of her work has included; working as a Performance Coach for The Charles River YMCA, overseeing the swim and water polo teams, organizing and coaching adaptive sports teams on the South Shore, being a Performance Coach for the Chestnut Hill Soccer Club, training high school athletes who intend to begin their collegiate careers at all divisions, training clients using TPI to improve their golf game, and most recently the Golf and Lacrosse Coach at Beaver Country Day School.

Samantha holds a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Sport Science from Colby-Sawyer College and is Titleist Performance Institute (TPI L2) certified, a certified ACSM Exercise Physiologist/Personal Trainer, NASM Golf Fitness Specialist, and Precision Nutrition Coach.

Sofia hertz

ACSM Certified Personal Trainer/Youth Fitness Coach

Sofia has had a passion for working with kids ever since she was little. She loves helping others and inspiring youth to be the best versions of themselves. She has experience working with kids from 18 months to 18 years in a variety of different settings. She has worked at a sleepaway camp with kids ages 7-16 in the sports department, at day camps, at the West Suburban YMCA as a soccer coach, and with the  Special Olympics Youth Soccer Program as a coach. Sofia was a three season sport athlete (and named captain her Junior and Senior Years) all through high school, and has a strong drive to educate and spread positivity around fitness. She believes, “fitness should be fun, creative, and enjoyable. I want to teach young athletes and kids to appreciate their bodies and move in a way that feels good.”

Sofia is currently working towards her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Sports Science.
